This 7 week online Chakras & Yoga Course will be an immersive journey through the energy centres of the body and mind, enabling you to feel awareness in your own energies and needs.

A beautiful, balancing course of classes using yoga asanas (postures), meditation, colours and essential oils to connect with the Chakras.

The course involves :

* Yoga postures to deepen the connection with each chakra; balancing and energising each energy centre

* Guidance through the 7 main chakras, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects

* Working with seed mantras

* A guided meditation through each chakra

I invite you to join me for this 7 week yoga course to bring your mind, body and soul into balance. Explore asanas, sequences, pranayama and meditation.

Suitable for absolute beginners to advanced. All ages and abilities welcome.

After purchasing this course you will receive the first class that day and the following the week after. This is a 7 week course which you will have access to for 9 weeks. If you wish to extend your access please sign up to the monthly or yearly subscription which includes all courses and classes.

Online yoga means you can practise in private. Practising on your own gives you the chance to really turn your awareness inward, to tune into what is going on in your body, emotions and mind without making comparisons to others around you.
