Day 2

• 8.30am - 9.00am Morning yoga & meditation class
• 9.00am - 10.00am Breakfast
• 10.30am - Yoga/Ayurveda Workshop
• 1.00pm - Lunch
• 2.30pm - 5.30pm - Free Time
• 6.00pm - Dinner
• 8.00pm - Yoga Nidra

Day 3

Over the weekend you will experience yoga sequences, pranayama and meditation perfectly blended with the "yoga" of food and practical applications of Ayurvedic lifestyle. Learn how to cook Ayurvedically and help heal yourself.
